How to read this page
This document is designed to work with the other QuickBooking legal pages instead of repeating the same information everywhere.
1. Purpose
By creating an account, subscribing or using QuickBooking, the Customer accepts these Terms.
QuickBooking is primarily intended for organizations wishing to manage time-slot bookings, including castings, auditions, competitions, events, recruitment, professional appointments and private sessions.
2. Service publisher
QuickBooking is operated by DOGOOLLE LTD, Carlyle House, Lower Ground Floor, 235 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ, United Kingdom. Company Number: 16357520.

3. Customer
Customer means the natural person acting in a professional capacity or the organization that created or subscribed to a QuickBooking account.
The Customer is responsible for users it authorizes to access its environment and must ensure that these users comply with these Terms.
4. Service description
QuickBooking allows the Customer to create Booking Events, create categories and groups, generate booking slots, create forms, receive and manage bookings, send notifications, publish booking interfaces, manage SMS depending on the subscribed plan and request payments depending on the subscribed plan.
Available features depend on the active plan and service configuration.
5. QuickBooking plans
QuickBooking Basic includes the main booking features: Booking Events, categories and groups, slots, forms, bookings, transactional emails and publishing. The Basic license currently allows use on 1 authorized site.
QuickBooking Messaging includes Basic features plus communication features available in this plan: transactional SMS, message credit, history, automatic top-up and Sender ID according to applicable conditions. The Messaging license currently allows use on 3 authorized sites. Message costs may be billed separately from the subscription.
QuickBooking Pro includes Messaging features plus candidate payment features available in this plan. It notably allows integration with Stripe Connect. The Pro license currently allows use on an unlimited number of authorized sites, subject to compliant use under these Terms.
6. Future features
Some features may be presented as coming soon, under development or in preparation. Presentation of a future feature does not constitute a commitment to availability on a specific date.
In particular, Online Casting is not currently an offer available for public purchase.
7. QuickBooking account
The Customer must provide accurate information when creating and using its account.
The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials, the users it authorizes and actions performed from authorized accounts. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
8. License
Each Customer has a QuickBooking license associated with its subscription. The license authorizes use of the service according to the subscribed plan, the number of authorized domains and these Terms.
The license is personal to the Customer and must not be resold, transferred or made available to another organization without authorization from DOGOOLLE LTD.
9. Domain activation
At purchase, the QuickBooking license may be created without an initial domain.
On first activation of the QuickBooking plugin on a website, the domain used may be automatically added to the list of authorized domains.
The Customer may then manage authorized domains from its dashboard depending on available features.
10. Domain change
When the Customer wants to move QuickBooking to another website, it can release a domain from its dashboard and then activate the license on the new domain.
The number of simultaneously active domains depends on the subscribed plan.
11. Widget and authorized domains
The QuickBooking widget is intended to work only on domains authorized for the Customer.
Controls may be applied to prevent use of the widget on unauthorized domains. The Customer is responsible for correct configuration of its domains.
12. Subscription
Access to QuickBooking is provided according to the subscription chosen by the Customer.
Applicable features, prices and billing periods are those presented at the time of subscription or contractually agreed with DOGOOLLE LTD.
The subscription may renew automatically according to the conditions presented during subscription.
13. Subscription payment
Payments relating to QuickBooking subscriptions are managed through Stripe.
Stripe may request a payment card or another valid payment method during subscription. The Customer authorizes payments corresponding to the subscription and conditions selected.
14. Free trials and promo codes
QuickBooking may offer free periods through promo codes. Unless otherwise stated, promo codes are reserved for QuickBooking Basic.
A code may grant 1 free month, 2 free months, 3 free months or another duration determined in the offer. The applicable duration is the one associated with the code used.
15. Payment card during a free period
A payment card may be requested by Stripe even where a free period is granted.
No paid subscription is charged during the free period provided by the offer, subject to the conditions displayed during subscription.
At the end of this period, the subscription becomes paid according to the selected plan and billing frequency unless cancelled beforehand.
16. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel its subscription from its dashboard or through the payment portal made available. The cancellation option must remain accessible from the customer environment.
Cancellation prevents future renewals according to applicable subscription conditions.
Amounts already due or corresponding to a period already billed remain subject to the conditions applicable at subscription and applicable law.
17. Consequences of cancellation
After the effective end of the subscription, some features may become unavailable, the license may be disabled, widgets or integrations depending on the license may stop working and data is subject to QuickBooking retention and deletion rules.
The Customer should export information it wishes to keep before deletion where an export function is available.
18. Upgrades and plan changes
The Customer may, where this option is offered, upgrade to a higher plan. New features become available according to the activated plan.
Some features may require additional configuration. For example, Messaging requires message credit to send SMS and Candidate Payments requires appropriate Stripe configuration.
A plan change therefore does not necessarily mean automatic activation of all corresponding functions.
19. SMS and Messaging Credit
SMS features are available depending on the active plan. Messages may incur costs separate from the QuickBooking subscription.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining sufficient credit, message content configured, legality of communications sent and phone numbers collected.
SMS prices may vary by country, network, provider and routing conditions.
20. Automatic top-up
When this feature is enabled by the Customer, QuickBooking may trigger a message credit top-up according to configured settings.
The Customer remains responsible for the chosen threshold, top-up amount and associated payment method. Automatic top-up requires valid payment authorization.
21. Sender ID
QuickBooking may allow use of Sender IDs for SMS. Availability of a Sender ID depends in particular on country, operators, communication provider and local rules.
A dedicated Sender ID may require a request, supporting documents and validation.
DOGOOLLE LTD does not guarantee acceptance of a Sender ID requested by the Customer where the decision depends on a provider, operator or third-party authority.
22. Candidate payments
QuickBooking Pro may allow the Customer to request payment as part of a booking. This feature uses Stripe Connect.
The Customer connects its own Stripe account according to available procedures.
23. Direct collection
When the system is configured to use direct Stripe Connect payments, candidate payments are processed on the Customer connected Stripe account according to Stripe operation.
QuickBooking does not keep candidate payments in order to transfer them later to the Customer.
24. QuickBooking commission
Under the currently described QuickBooking Pro offer, QuickBooking does not take a commission on candidate payments.
This absence of QuickBooking commission does not mean the transaction is free. Fees may be charged directly by Stripe, card networks, banks or other financial providers involved.
The Customer remains responsible for commercial conditions applicable to its own Stripe account.
25. Customer responsibility regarding Stripe
The Customer is responsible for its Stripe account, information sent to Stripe, account verification, tax and accounting obligations, refunds and disputes with its own customers or participants.
DOGOOLLE LTD does not replace Stripe for decisions relating to payments, controls, restrictions or verifications imposed by Stripe.
26. Data and forms
The Customer decides what information is requested in its forms. It is responsible for ensuring that requested data is necessary, collection is lawful, people are properly informed, requested files are justified and retention periods are appropriate.
The fact that a field is technically available in QuickBooking does not mean it is necessary or legally appropriate for all Customers.
27. Data protection
Roles and obligations relating to personal data are described in the QuickBooking Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and privacy notice applicable to people making a booking.
The Customer agrees to comply with data protection regulations applicable to its activity.
28. Customer content
The Customer remains responsible for content it publishes or collects through QuickBooking, including text, images, files, forms, communications and information relating to its events.
The Customer must have the necessary rights and authorizations to use this content.
29. Prohibited uses
QuickBooking must not be used to violate applicable law, fraudulently collect information, impersonate another organization, compromise service security, bypass license limitations, access another Customer data without authorization or intentionally disrupt platform operation.
DOGOOLLE LTD may take reasonably necessary measures where abusive or unlawful use is detected.
30. Security
DOGOOLLE LTD implements measures intended to ensure a level of security appropriate to the service.
The Customer must also protect its credentials, administrator accounts, devices and exports made from QuickBooking.
The Customer must promptly inform DOGOOLLE LTD when it suspects unauthorized access to its QuickBooking environment.
31. Service availability
DOGOOLLE LTD uses reasonable efforts to keep QuickBooking available and operational.
Some interruptions may nevertheless be necessary or result from maintenance, updates, technical incidents, external providers or events outside DOGOOLLE LTD reasonable control.
Unless separately contractually agreed, continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
32. Third-party providers
QuickBooking relies on several third-party services needed for certain features, including Contabo, Stripe, Postmark, Twilio and Chatwoot.
DOGOOLLE LTD does not control all technical, regulatory or commercial decisions made by these providers. Some features may therefore depend on their availability or their own rules.
33. Support
QuickBooking support is accessible from the dashboard according to the methods offered in the service.
Support is intended for QuickBooking Customers and their authorized users. It is not intended to provide direct support to people booking with Customers. These people must contact the relevant Organizer.
34. Documentation
QuickBooking provides documentation intended to help Customers configure and use the service.
Documentation may be updated to reflect product changes. It is currently provided in particular in French and English.
35. Intellectual property
QuickBooking, its software, interface, documentation and elements belonging to DOGOOLLE LTD remain the property of DOGOOLLE LTD or their respective owners.
The subscription grants the Customer a right to use the service for the duration of the subscription. It does not transfer ownership rights in the software.
Customer content remains the property of the Customer or its respective owners.
36. Service evolution
DOGOOLLE LTD may evolve QuickBooking in particular to improve features, strengthen security, maintain technical compatibility, add new services or remove or replace obsolete functions.
Where changes have a significant impact on the subscribed service, DOGOOLLE LTD will take reasonable steps to inform affected Customers where appropriate.
37. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DOGOOLLE LTD shall not be liable for consequences resulting in particular from misconfiguration by the Customer, incorrect information provided by the Customer, non-compliant use of QuickBooking, a third-party service outside DOGOOLLE LTD reasonable control, loss of data exported and then stored by the Customer outside QuickBooking, or decisions made by Stripe regarding the Customer account.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
38. Indemnification and Customer responsibilities
The Customer remains responsible for its activity, Booking Events, content and relationship with people using its forms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer is responsible for consequences resulting from unlawful use of the service or content for which it does not have the necessary rights.
39. Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
Neither party shall be liable for delay or non-performance resulting from an event outside its reasonable control, within the limits provided by applicable law.
This may include major infrastructure failures, disasters, general network interruptions or authority decisions.
40. Changes to the Terms
DOGOOLLE LTD may update these Terms to reflect the evolution of QuickBooking, regulatory changes and commercial changes to the service.
The last updated date appears at the top of the document. In case of substantial modification affecting existing Customers, appropriate information will be provided where necessary.
41. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply.
Subject to contrary mandatory provisions, the competent courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
The parties are invited to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings where reasonably possible.
42. Additional contractual documents
These Terms should be read together with the QuickBooking Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), the Cookie Policy and commercial information presented during subscription.
These documents complete the framework applicable to the use of QuickBooking.
